My Approach:
Client centered- I consider my self a facilitator partnering with you through your healing journey. Therapy is not linear, so there will be both tears of sadness and laughter. However, I commit to be along side you providing you with psycho-education, therapeutic skills, tools, and a non-judgement space for you to explore, evolve and blossom into a healthier version of you!

Art therapy is a type of psychotherapy that utilizes both the creative process and art making to help individuals navigate mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression and trauma. Art therapy also provides tools to navigate work life balance, goals setting and healthy options to utilize when engaging with family dynamics and relational issues.
